Diana Zamojski DO FAAFP

Dr. Diana Zamojski, Board Certified in Family Medicine, has been serving patients at Lawn Medical Center since 2000. Dr. Zamojski graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Spanish.  She then went on to graduate from medical school at Midwestern University.  Her Family Medicine residency was completed at Advocate Christ Medical Center-University of Illinois in Chicago.

Currently, Dr. Zamojski is a member of the Performance Improvement Committee at Advocate Christ Medical Center, which is dedicated to providing patient safety in the hospital setting.  She also oversees the Lawn Medical lab services. Dr. Zamojski was awarded the Advanced Physician Partners’ “Exemplary Physician Award” for promoting high quality and cost effective care for patients.
