Appointment Scheduling

Our staff is available to schedule appointments during regular office hours. We will always do our best to coordinate your schedule with available appointment times. To schedule an appointment, call 708-425-4100.

Cancellation of an Appointment

Out of respect for our physicians and other patients, please call to cancel if a scheduling conflict arises with an appointment. We require that patients call at least 24 hours ahead of time if an appointment must be cancelled.

Patient Privacy

Medication

Please try to have prescriptions refilled at routine office visits. Otherwise, call your pharmacy or our office for refills and allow 48 hours for the transaction. Refill requests can also be made online. Medication refills are only taken care of during office hours.
