Lawn Medical Center congratulates Dr. Ilarde and Dr. Omastiak for receiving the 2015 Physician Excellence Award presented by Advocate Christ Medical Center and Advancing Physician Excellence (APEX) for their excellence in patient communication.

Congratualtions to Dr. Stuck and Dr. Zamojski who received the 2014 Physician Excellence Award presented by Advocate Christ Medical Center.

In 2013, all of the physicians at Lawn Medical Center received outstanding performance in the Advocate Clinical Integration Program and were recognized for their achievement of Exemplary Physician status.

The Clinical Integration Program initiatives and mesaures reflect the gold standard in population health care. To be named an Exemplary Physician indicates the extraordinary high level of performance they have achieved.
